A period of informal consultation on plans to reform hospital care in Worcestershire has ended.
Last month Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust which runs three hospitals in the county announced a shake-up of services.
The six proposals include the possible closure of the A&E and maternity units at Redditch's Alexandra Hospital.
More than 23,000 people have signed a petition against the proposals for the Alexandra Hospital.
Earlier this month about 150 people joined a rally to protest against the potential closure of the A&E unit at Redditch.
The trust said it needed to find £50m by 2015, blaming the rising cost of drugs and people living longer.
A spokesperson from the trust said a formal public consultation would take place later this year.
A final decision is expected to be made in December.
