Alethea Taylor: Husband in court charged with murder

The husband of a missing Herefordshire woman has appeared in court charged with her murder.

Alethea Taylor, 63, has been missing for five months and was last seen at her home in Orleton on 19 January.

Her husband, John Taylor, 60, from Mortimer Drive, Orleton, is charged with the murder of Mrs Taylor between 17 and 20 January.

He was remanded in custody at Hereford Magistrates' Court and will appear at Worcester Crown Court on Tuesday.
