Hereford Buttermarket welcomes 'pop-up' stalls

A Herefordshire market hopes to improve the range of its businesses by making temporary use of its empty stalls.

Traders are being invited to set up "pop-up" stalls for up to five days at the Buttermarket in Hereford.

Geoff Owen, from Herefordshire Council's markets and fairs team, believes the venue will become more vibrant with increased diversity.

Mr Owen said: "People can approach us with different type of stock to what we currently have."
