Man killed in tractor collision in Herefordshire

A man has died and another injured after their car collided with a tractor towing a baler in Herefordshire.

Crews were called to the B4348, near Kingstone, on Friday evening.

One man died at the scene and an 18-year-old suffered neck injuries after their car overturned. The tractor driver was unhurt.

In a separate collision, a woman died after she was hit by a car in Goodrich, Ross on Wye, at about 2130 BST. She suffered multiple injuries, crews said.

"Unfortunately, despite the best efforts of the ambulance crew and hospital medics, nothing could be done to save the woman and she was confirmed dead later at hospital," a spokesman said.
