Fromes Hill crash closes A4103 Worcester-Hereford road

Motorists are facing a diversion after the main Hereford to Worcester road was shut following an accident.

Cars were re-routed via Ledbury following the accident on the A4103 at Fromes Hill in Herefordshire at 0737 BST.

A motorist was taken to Hereford County Hospital hospital after being cut free from the wreckage of his 4x4 following a collision with a bin lorry.

The road is expected to re-open later, West Mercia Police said.
