A supermarket is to be built in Worcestershire after a court rejected a legal challenge against it.
Midcounties Co-operative launched an appeal against Wyre Forest District Council's decision to approve plans for a Tesco store in Stourport.
It was the second appeal by the Co-op after one to the High Court failed in March 2009.
A Wyre Forest council spokesman said he welcomed the clarification after months of uncertainty.
Staff hours 'hit by bridge work'
Traders in a Worcestershire town say they have reduced staff hours due to low sales which they claim is partly caused by a road closure for bridge repairs.
