Motorcyclist dies in Hampshire M27 motorway crash

A motorcyclist has died after crashing while riding on the slip road of a motorway in Hampshire.

The 20-year-old man from Gosport came off his Kawasaki bike on the M27 slipway at junction 11 for Fareham.

He died at the scene on Sunday night. His next of kin have been told.

The slip road was closed but has since been reopened. Sgt Nigel Burt, from Hampshire police, urged anyone who saw the crash or the bike being ridden beforehand to contact the force.
