Bee swarms cause a buzz at Southampton docks

The unlikely site of Southampton Port has become a popular venue for swarming bees during the summer.

The warm weather has meant favourable conditions for bees to swarm as part of their natural reproductive process.

There have been several colonies found in a storage area at the edge the docks complex, enough to produce several jars of honey.
