Man's body found at Southampton's Millbrook railway station

Millbrook railway station Police sealed off the station and passengers were diverted to Southampton Central

The body of a man has been discovered at railway station in Southampton.

An area around Millbrook station was sealed off on Sunday while a forensic examination was carried out.

Hampshire police said the death was being treated as "unexplained". The man was not found on the tracks, but it is not yet known how he died.

The station was closed for several hours and passengers were diverted to Southampton Central. Trains were still passing through the station.
