Portsmouth parking wardens in workload and pay dispute

23 December 2013 Last updated at 20:45 GMT

More than half of Portsmouth's parking wardens did not work on Monday, due to a day of industrial action.

During peak times the city should have been patrolled by 18 officers - instead there were just eight.

Staff are concerned about changes to their workload. Portsmouth City Council said parking regulations would continue to be enforced across the city.
