Kingsley quarry death: Alexander Godbold's body found

The body of a 22-year-old man who drowned after apparently falling into water in a disused Hampshire quarry has been found.

Alexander Godbold, from Fleet, Hampshire, is thought to have slipped and fallen on Saturday evening while at the quarry with friends.

His body was found following a search by fire, coastguard and police teams.

The water at Bakers Farm Nursery, Kingsley, is reported to be 40m (130ft) deep.
