Former Portsmouth police officer back on Asbo beat

A former police officer has gone back on his beat in Hampshire 15 years after anti-social behaviour orders (Asbos) were introduced.

Rob Clarke is reunited with the people who caused him trouble in Portsmouth as youngsters.

Louise Casey, the government's families tsar, also reveals how the most difficult families are being encouraged to put their lives back on track.
