Hampshire cystic fibrosis patient in lung transplant plea

More needs to be done to help people in need of lung transplants, says the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

Sarah Horscroft, 23, from Hampshire, was diagnosed with the genetic disorder when she was 15 months old.

Now she is on oxygen 24 hours a day and urgently needs a transplant.

Ben Moore reports.
