Former Portsmouth assistant head teacher denies child image charges

A former assistant head teacher has denied indecent exposure and possessing indecent images of children.
Matthew Hill, 38 of Fareham, Hampshire, pleaded not guilty to five charges of possessing indecent images of children and one of outraging public decency.
Portsmouth Crown Court court heard he had been dismissed from Lyndhurst Junior School in the city.
It is understood none of the charges relate to pupils there. The case was adjourned for trial on 30 September.
Parents at the school have also been notified by letter of the situation, the court heard.
