Teenager hit with baseball bat in Southampton robbery
A 15-year-old boy was attacked with a baseball bat while being robbed by a gang of youths in Hampshire.
The teenager was walking with a 14-year-old boy when they were confronted by up to 12 youths in Taunton Drive, Southampton.
One of the boys ordered the victims not to run before another pulled a wooden baseball bat from his sleeve and hit the 15-year-old on the head.
The boys' mobile phones were stolen in the robbery late on Saturday.
The youth with the baseball bat is described as white, aged 17-19, 5ft 10in tall and slim.
He wore a black coat with a red tick on the left side of the chest and the hood up. The other robber is white, 5ft 7in tall and wore a grey tracksuit with a blue tick on the top and white trainers.
