Icy roads 'prevent milk collection' at Hampshire farm

Help

A dairy farmer in Hampshire says he has lost two day's earnings because the icy road conditions have meant tankers have been unable to collect milk from his farm.

Simon Martin of Wallops Wood Dairy in Droxford said 25,000 litres (53,000 pints) of milk had been left uncollected following snow on Friday.

He said it represented about a £1,000 loss.
