Portsmouth South Parade Pier dispute

The operator of an amusement arcade on an "unsafe" pier is not legally entitled to be there, its owners say.

Portsmouth's Grade-II listed South Parade Pier is due to be sold by auction in December but the operator believes he has a 21-year lease.
