A man has denied murdering a father after a disturbance at a party in Hampshire.

Simon Warton, 27, from Orsmond Close, Waterlooville, was found injured in the Dove Close area early on 12 April. He died from a stab wound.

Sean Bailey, 28, from Waterlooville, pleaded not guilty to murder when he appeared at Winchester Crown Court earlier.

He was remanded in custody to stand trial at the same court on 12 November.

Five people arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender remain on bail.
