Southampton fire crews tackle bunker explosions

Two explosions on a trading estate in Southampton have been dealt with by fire crews.

The incident on 1st Avenue, Millbrook Trading Estate in Southampton happened at about 17:30 BST, Hampshire fire service said.

About 28 firefighters from three stations were able to isolate the power to the small brick bunker where the explosions occurred.

No-one was injured by the blasts on the dockside estate.
