Police return to scene of Aldershot attack

Police in Hampshire are to set up a mobile office where an injured woman was discovered a week ago.

The 18-year-old was found with severe bruising and other injuries near her car in Aldershot late on 2 April.

Hampshire Constabulary is to carry out high visibility patrols and open a mobile office at the scene in Bourley Road on Monday evening.

A 53-year-old Aldershot man has been arrested and bailed over the incident.

The woman was discovered by a passing motorist at about 23:00 GMT near her Vauxhall Corsa car.
