Charges brought over M5 crash photos

Four people are to be prosecuted for driving without due care and attention after a number of people allegedly photographed a crash scene on the M5.

Twelve drivers were accused of using their mobile phones to take pictures of an overturned caravan last month.

Gloucestershire Police said the caravan had struck the central reservation near Michaelwood services. No-one was injured in the crash.

Eight motorists have been sent warning letters from the force.
