Victor McDermott car park murder: Men charged plead not guilty

Two men charged with murdering a homeless man in Gloucester have pleaded not guilty.

The body of Victor McDermott, 44, was found in a car park near Quay Street on 28 November.

Andrew Harling, 44, of Weston Road, Gloucester and Simon Boswell, 48, of no fixed address, denied the charge at Bristol Crown Court.

They were remanded in custody with a provisional trial date set for the beginning of June.
