Hollie Gazzard murder case: Asher Thomas Maslin appears in court

A man accused of stabbing a hairdresser to death in the salon where she worked has appeared in court charged with her murder.

Hollie Gazzard, 20, was attacked while working at Fringe Benefits in Southgate Street, Gloucester, on Tuesday evening.

Asher Thomas Maslin, 22, of Gloucester Road in Cheltenham, appeared before town magistrates, where he spoke only to confirm his name, age and address.

He will appear for a bail hearing at Bristol Crown Court on 25 February.
