Two men have appeared in court charged with murdering a man in Gloucester.

A member of the public found the body of Victor McDermott, 44, in a car park near Quay Street at about 08:15 GMT on Thursday.

Andrew Harling, 44, of Weston Road, Gloucester and Simon Boswell, 48, of no fixed abode were remanded in custody at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court.

They are due to appear before Bristol Crown Court on Tuesday.
