Emergency landing at Gloucestershire Airport

A light aircraft with two people on board has made an emergency landing at Gloucestershire Airport.

The Pioneer 400 plane made the landing at the airport shortly after 10:20 GMT after what is thought to be a problem with its undercarriage.

Great Western Ambulance said medical assistance was sent but the pair on board escaped without injury.

Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue said it had deployed five appliances including a rescue vehicle.
