Cheltenham pair charged after brothel raids

Police raid on brothel in Cheltenham Suspected brothels on Pittville Lawn and Suffolk Road were raided by officers on Wednesday

A husband and wife have been charged following police raids on two suspected brothels in Cheltenham.

The man, 33, and the woman, 41, have been charged with managing a brothel after they were held on Wednesday when police raided three properties.

A third man, 40, who was arrested in London in connection with the case, has been bailed until 5 November.

Officers found two women, thought to be human trafficking victims, at addresses on Pittville Lawn and Suffolk Road.
