Gloucestershire man 'unaffected' by hosepipe ban
Despite some parts of the West being banned from using hosepipes, one man from Gloucestershire has become almost self sufficient when it comes to water.
Although Roger Cox from May Hill is connected to the mains water supply, he hardly ever needs to use it.
