Cassie's Law campaigner urges tests at 70 for drivers
The mother of an Essex teenager killed by an elderly driver said all drivers should have to resit a test from the age of 70.
Jackie McCord has welcomed a new ruling that licences will be removed within hours from those posing a threat to other road users but wants the changes to go further.
Cassie McCord, 16, died after she was hit by a car which mounted the pavement in Colchester. The driver, who was in his 80s, had already been warned by police about his driving.
