Transplant of smoker's lungs 'caused Jennifer Wederell death'
The family of a cystic fibrosis patient believe the transplant of a heavy smoker's lungs led to her death from cancer.
Jennifer Wederell, 27, from Hawkwell in Essex, died 26 months after the transplant operation at Harefield Hospital in London, where she was not told she was being given the lungs of a 20-a-day smoker.
Her father Colin Grannell said before she died, his daughter had said she wanted him to tell her story.
