Fight to stop extra hours at new football training ground

People who live near a new £3m training ground run by Colchester United have been fighting to stop it being used more often.

Hours of use were restricted when the facility opened in the summer but now the League One football club wants to extend them.

Those opposed to extended hours say noise from the site, at Florence Park, Tiptree, already makes their lives a misery.
