A120 Little Tey police car crash: Three people injured
Three people were injured after a crash involving a police car on an emergency call in Essex.
The Ford Focus police car was in collision with a blue Toyota Rav4 on the A120 at Little Tey, near Colchester at about 17:25 GMT on Saturday.
Two women in the Toyota, aged 45 and 18 and from the Colchester area, were taken to Colchester General Hospital and treated for severe bruising.
A policewoman, 32, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A policeman, aged 41, was also travelling in the police car.
The road was closed for about four-and-a-half hours while investigations were carried out.
