Man charged with murdering woman in Harlow

A 45-year-old man has been charged with murdering a woman in Harlow, Essex.

Claire Parrish, 37, died in hospital after being found injured in her home in Copshall Close on Sunday at 21:30 BST.

A provisional post-mortem examination showed cause of death was blunt force trauma which caused internal bleeding.

Mark Gold, also of Copshall Close, has been charged with murder and is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
