Eystna Blunnie murder: Charge over pregnant woman's death

A man has been charged with murdering a pregnant woman in Essex and killing her unborn daughter.

Eystna Blunnie, 20, was discovered with multiple head and facial injuries in Howard Way, Harlow, at 03:00 BST on Wednesday.

She was due to give birth to a baby girl within days, but died of her injuries in hospital.

Tony McLernon, 23, of North Grove, Harlow, has been charged with murder and child destruction.

He is due to appear before magistrates in Chelmsford on Saturday.
