Billericay car gun shots: Two men charged
Armed police were called to Mill Road in Billericay
Two men have been charged with firearms offences after shots were fired into an empty car in Essex.
Armed police were called to Mill Road in Billericay on 17 May after receiving reports of gunfire.
The shots were fired from a passing vehicle and no-one was injured.
The men, both 26 and from Benfleet, have been charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life. They are due before Basildon Magistrates' Court later.
