Ex-partner's bid for half share of Essex home fails


A man from Essex who left his partner nearly 20 years ago has been told he is not entitled to half the value of the house they bought together in Thundersley.

The Supreme Court ruled that Leonard Kernott was entitled to 10% of the value of the bungalow he bought with Patrician Jones in 1985.
