Hunt on for Wallisdown Barclays bank robber

A robber is being hunted after a raid at a bank in Wallisdown, near Poole.

Police said the man entered a branch of Barclays, in Bank Parade, Bryant Road at about 10:00 BST and took an undisclosed quantity of cash.

Officers are searching the surrounding area for the robber. It is not yet known if anyone was hurt or if the raider was armed.

Anyone with information about the robbery has been asked to contact Dorset Police.
