Human remains found on Bournemouth golf course

Human remains have been found at a golf course in Dorset.

Police cordoned off part of Meyrick Park Golf Club in Bournemouth at lunchtime following reports that remains had been found.

Dorset Police said the remains had been subjected to initial analysis and confirmed it was decomposed human tissue.

Officers said the incident was being treated as unexplained and said the coroner has been informed.
