German PoW memorial service held in Dorchester

A service has been held at a memorial to the German prisoners of war (PoW) who died during their detention at a camp in Dorset.

Most succumbed to the flu pandemic at the camp in Dorchester.

At its height, more than 4,500 German PoWs were detained during World War One.
