Andrew Young death in Bournemouth: Croydon man charged

A man has been charged in connection with the death of a man who died in an attack outside a supermarket.

Andrew Young, 40, suffered a head injury outside a Tesco Express store in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on Wednesday and died later in hospital.

Lewis Gill, 20, from Croydon, will appear before Bournemouth magistrates on Monday charged with manslaughter.

Police continue to appeal for witnesses to the incident, which happened at about 15:30 GMT on Wednesday.
