Christchurch post office staff threatened with sword

Staff were threatened with a sword during an armed robbery at a Dorset post office.

Two men entered Hurn Post Office in Matchams Lane, Christchurch, shortly after 15:30 BST.

They stole an unknown quantity of cash before leaving and driving off in a car. No-one was injured.

Dorset Police said two people have been arrested in connection with the robbery and officers were continuing the search the area.
