Sledging children in Dorchester enjoy snowfall
Children took to the slopes of Dorchester in Dorset to enjoying a covering of snow.
The county saw heavy snowfall into Friday morning which caused treacherous conditions for motorists with roads and schools closed.
The Met Office has issued an amber "be prepared" warning with further significant and potentially disruptive accumulations of snow expected across the region.
