Wallisdown Barclays robber 'threatened customers'

CCTV image of a man Detectives have released a picture of a man they would like to speak to

A man threatened to harm customers during a bank robbery in Dorset, police have said.

The robber queued with customers at Barclays in Wallisdown before demanding money from the cashier.

No weapon was seen and no-one was hurt during the incident in Bryant Road, said a police spokesman.

Detectives have now released a CCTV picture of a man they want to speak to following the robbery at about 13:20 GMT on Thursday.

Det Con Jo Regan, of Bournemouth CID, said: "I urge the man shown in the picture, or anyone who recognises him, to contact Dorset Police urgently.

"I am also keen to speak to anyone who may have seen anyone acting suspiciously before or after the incident."
