A three-day festival in Poole which was due to start on Saturday 25 August has been cancelled because of "poor weather and difficult trading conditions".
Organisers of the second annual Upbeat Festival at Upton Country Park said they were "gutted" as the festival was "all but ready to go".
The bill would have included bands Dodgy and The Feeling as well as 60s group The Zombies.
Refunds will be issued at the Bournemouth International Centre.
Former rail line footpath extended
