A close friend of a Bournemouth man missing for over a month has issued an appeal for information.
Jurij Sliachtecov, a 21-year-old Lithuanian living in St Peter's Road, was reported missing on Sunday, 1 May.
Julija Paskevica, said: "We are all greatly concerned and want nothing more than to find out that he is safe."
Police say they are "gravely concerned" for Mr Sliachtecov who they believe may have "come to harm".
In a statement, Ms Paskevica urged Mr Sliachtecov to make contact.
She said: "Jurij, we can understand if you are upset or having a rough time, but we just want to be sure that you are ok. You are very important to us all."
Ms Paskevica said Mr Sliachtecov had failed to contact his grandmother on 1 May - Lithuania's mother's day - which he had always done previously.
Mr Sliachtecov was reported missing on 1 May and last seen two days earlier. He left his English bank cards and clothes behind.
Police have established he has not returned to Lithuania, despite having his passport with him.
Officers said that in his last conversation with his girlfriend he told her "she would not see him again".
His disappearance has since been covered in the Lithuanian press and on TV.
Mr Sliachtecov is white, of Eastern European appearance, 5ft 6ins, of slim build, clean shaven and has short brown hair.
He normally wears jeans and a T-shirt.
