Four men and a youth have denied murdering a man in Exeter.

Stephen Crook, 43, was found stabbed at a house in Alphington Road on 21 November. He died later in hospital.

Steven Webster, 41, from East Street, Okehampton; Ryan Singleton, 26, Darren Twigger, 40, Anthony Martin, 21 and a 17-year-old boy, all from Coventry, pleaded not guilty at Exeter Crown Court.

They were remanded in custody, with the trial expected to start on 8 September.
