Berry Head cliff fall teenager taken to hospital

A teenager has been taken to hospital after falling more than 20ft (7m) down cliffs in Devon.

The 14-year-old boy fell over the edge at Berry Head, Brixham, at about 13:20 BST.

He slipped while he looking for a suitable place to fish, Brixham Coastguards said.

Rescue teams used ropes to pull the boy to safety and he was taken to Torbay Hospital. He is being treated for a sprained ankle and a minor head injury.
