A motorcycle pillion passenger who was killed in a crash in Devon has been named.

Stephen Sanders, 23, from Exmouth, died at the scene in Topsham on Tuesday.

Emergency services were called after the motorbike was involved in a collision with a jeep at Retreat Drive at about 15:40 BST.

Police closed the road for several hours to investigate. The motorcyclist was taken to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital with serious injuries.
