Pillion passenger killed in Topsham crash

Topsham Police have closed the road to investigate and said the driver of the jeep was not injured

A motorcycle pillion passenger has been killed in a crash in Devon.

The man died at the scene in Topsham and the motorcyclist has been taken to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital with serious injuries, said police.

Emergency services were called after the bike was involved in a crash with a jeep at Retreat Drive at about 15:40 BST.

Police have closed the road to investigate and said the driver of the jeep was not injured.
