Woman charged with man's murder in Newton Abbot

A 33-year-old woman has been charged with the murder of a 48-year-old man in Devon.

Neil Mitchell was found with serious injuries when police were called to a property in Barton Drive, in Newton Abbot, following a domestic incident on 13 August.

Devon and Cornwall Police said he was taken to hospital where he later died.

Teresa Rylands, of no fixed abode, will appear at Exeter Crown Court on 2 September.
