Mutley Plain stabbing: Two more men charged

Two men have been charged in connection with the stabbing of a man who was attacked while getting into a taxi.

The 23-year-old victim was seriously injured in the Mutley Plain area of Plymouth on 13 April.

A 38-year-old and a 24-year-old, from Plymouth, had been charged with intentionally encouraging or assisting the commission of an offence, Devon and Cornwall Police said.

They were due to appear before city magistrates, officers added.

The victim, who has not been named, suffered multiple wounds in the attack.

Three other men have been charged with attempted murder in connection with the assault.
